Register for Training

Register for ALF Core Training which is required for Florida assisted living administrators and managers prior to taking the ALF competency exam. Training is provided by Monica Wilson, Florida Department of Elder Affairs approved Assisted Living Core Trainer.

Monica Wilson provides ALF Online Core training in partnership with Florida Senior Living association and a classroom format in West Palm Beach, FL. Monica is one of the most experienced ALF Core training providers in Florida. She is approved by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to provide the ALF Core training.

About ICE BRIDGE

ALF Core Training in-person or online. ICE Bridge provides training and consulting services for assisted living facilities, senior living providers and organizations serving older consumers. We are an approved ALF Core Training and Alzheimer's training provider.

Online ALF Core Training is provided by Monica Wilson. Monica is an experienced educator and trainer. Year over year, Monica consistently has one the highest student pass rates on the state competency exam. . According to the testing entity, for active trainers with a test sample size of at least ten persons (the minimum number the testing entity deems to be a valid sample size) Monica had the highest pass rates for 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017. Our Online ALF Core Training has received great reviews. The course is designed for prospective assisted living administrators and individuals interested in learning more about the daily operations of a community. Our unique online training allows trainees to complete the core training education required in Florida Statute 429.52 and Florida Administrative Code 59A-36.011 at their convenience.
