12 Hour Online Refresher Course

Administrators, managers and key staff will benefit from the 12 hour Online Refresher Course which is a review of crucial areas of assisted living regulation and operations in Florida. The course is fully up to date and incorporates the many regulatory changes that were made in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

The content areas covered in the course include residency criteria, resident care standards, admission procedures, medication practices, food services, resident rights, limited nursing services, and emergency environmental control requirements.

An updated Core training manual is included in the course for participants to download or participants can purchase a printed guide to be shipped to them. The course includes mobile app access and email support and is available to participants for 60 days. Once completed, participants receive a certificate of completion.

The training hours may be used to comply with continuing education requirements for assisted living administrators and managers.
